The millennium year marks the rapid change in the face of the school . Improvement of facilities like computer laboratory, newly air conditioned library, science laboratory, restoration of the second floor of Columban Fathers Hall, new stage, evergreen garden, new canteen, SFIC Hall, AVR Home Theater, Intercom connections among offices, quadricentennial covered court, Bishop Henry Byrne Building, SFIC Elementary Building, renovation of third year building, additional Science laboratories for Physics Chemistry and Biology, construction of Speech laboratory and the newly constructed Senior High School building which houses the mini hotel, food and beverage laboratory, and cookery laboratory and the availability of internet/Wi Fi services at the offices of the Principal, Registrar, Treasurer, and Faculty and the installation of information I.D system proves that St. James School is on its way to modernization. These are realized through the efforts of our past and present administrators, Fr. Audie Mozo, Msgr. Cris Cacho, Fr. Danilo Lopez, Sr. Rosa Mendoza, SFIC, Sr. Ruth Santiago, SFIC, Sr. Gracia Abejo, SFIC municipal officials - Mayors Manuel Molia, Leonardo Gueveara, Sr., Jeffrey and Jefferson Khonghun, the Faculty and the ever supportive partner-linkages of the school - the Alumni based here and abroad, and the Parents, Teachers and Friends Association ( PTFA ) who recently put up five kiosk located at the different areas of the school students’ lounge or resting and relaxation/socialization areas and learning spaces. St. James School has started the realization of several academic programs that would enhance important 21st century skills among the students , such as the institutionalized integration of technology in instruction from pre-elementary grades up to senior high school by availing the services of Center of Information Technology In Education ( CITE ) and the Practical Spoken English Program ( PSEP ) that shall improve and enhance the communication skills of the students its vision and mission, St. James School will continue to improve its quality of instruction in the years ahead. From only 6 students who graduated in 1948, St. James has produced successful graduates who are now engaged in different fields of endeavor-government, business, industry , military, media, who have contributed much to the country’s development. And through the years, the school has nothing more to prove but more to achieve.
